Preteen camp and crazieness

Hey there everyone, I am sorry I haven't got to update about this week but I have been at Preteen camp down in Milford, IN. It was a great time with those kids, it was really really hot though, but inspite of ourselves God did some amazing things!

So tonight we are back at the church for YOUTH GROUP! I am so excited, because we have so much fun stuff for tonight. So come tonight to youth group from 6:30 - 8:30 tonight. We are starting a new series called Eyes Wide Open. The series deals opening your eyes to Gods creation, His Word, and His Son.

I am so extremely pumped for what we are going to be talking about tonight, honestly I think it could change students lives tonight. So for all those students who are thinking about coming tonight come on out and have a great time. For those who know you are coming tonight text a bunch of people and tell them to come!

Fun games, Great Worship, and time to hang out and have fun with each other! Don't spend another boring night sitting at home, come and hang out with us tonight!

Sorry for the no updates yesterday

Hey there everyone! Sorry for not updating after our first night back, but I didn't get home till pretty late on Wednesday night and then on thursday I was up and out the door at 7am.

We are at a conference in Mishawaka called the global leadership summit, which is awesome. But it comes with so many speakers, and so much to in take that when I came home yesterday my mind was mush, so I didn't get to update!

So here is a little up date before I take off again today

1. Last Wednesday night was awesome, good food, good games, and a good time of revealing our new fall calendar. Which will be in your hands at the end of August. For the August calendar head to archives to see that.
2. Next Wednesday we are back here at the church for Wednesday night so be prepared to have an awesome time again next week, and bring a new person to Youth Group if you can make it that night.
3. Please keep Esther and I in your prayers we have been on the move for a long time now, with the mission trips, to vacation, starting preteen camp, then moving into Wednesday nights and coaching again its been a stretch of lots of moving and not a lot of time of being home. So keep us in your prayers!

Calendar for August!

Hey there everyone, we are in the middle of getting our calendar all in order to hand out to ya'll and it will be done by September but we don't have any major events going on until the end of September but I still wanted to you know what is going on down this month in the Youth Group for Crystal Valley.

August 4th - Tonight! We are going to be at the Pretty Place tonight from 6:30 - 8:30 and we are going to be having a ton of fun out there tonight. Hanging out, eating food, and we will be going over all the major events for this coming year!

August 11th - We start youth group back at the church for our regular nights again.6:30-8:30pm We will be starting a series called Eyes Wide open. We are going to be answering questions on how was the bible written? Why is Jesus Christ different than any other god? We are going to be answering those questions so you don't have to go through this life with unanswered questions.

August 18th & 25th - We are continuing on with our series at CVMC from 6:30 - 8:30

Fall Kick off tonight

Hey there everyone, tonight is the fall kick off out at the pretty place bed and breakfast!

Here is how you get to the Pretty Place:

Turn Right out of the church, head about a quarter mile down the road and on your left hand side you will see a huge sign that says the pretty place, the drive to get back is a dirt driveway right in front of the big sign! Really easy directions :)

We hope to see you there tonight, we will have food, games, and the unveiling of our fall calendar and all the big events we are doing. So I can't wait to see you tonight.

I know a lot of you have sports, or band but after those events come on by for some food, and hangout time! We hope to see you there tonight.

Tomorrow is going to Rock

Howdy everyone! I hope you are having an amazing day, I know my day is going really fast so far because we have been really busy over here at the offices at CVMC but I am taking some time out to update you on some awesome things that are going down with the Crystal Valley Youth Group!

So here we go:

1. Tomorrow night we are meeting at the Pretty Place which is right down the road from the church on the left hand side of US 20. Turn left out of the church and its a quarter mile down the road on your left! We are having food, drinks, and fun! We will unveil the fall calendar to you that night and all the big events we have planned for ya, so you will not want to miss this!

2. We start regular youth group in 8 days! We will be meeting every Wednesday night again at the campus of CVMC, where the worship team, and the games, and the series will start again, I am so pumped for what we have in store for this fall so make a note that every Wednesday night from 6:30 -8:30pm you will be at CVMC Youth Group!

3. The blogspot is going to go through an overhaul here in a just a little bit, and some new changes are going to be made on how we communicate to ya'll we will still update this site everyday, but there will be some other ways we will get info out to you, so that will be explained further in a later date!

Hope your day goes well, hope for all those students in sports, band, and other school events going on that you take time to pray, and work on your relationship with Jesus. Don't let that go by the wayside! Its to important to let fall by the wayside.

Junior High Bible study

Hey there everyone! Tonight is Usually Junior High Bible study night, but we are done having the Junior High bible study, because we are starting Youth Group back up this week! So we hope that you had a good time meeting the couple times we did, with the pool party and things!

So tonight take the night off and spend it with your family or hanging out with some friends!

If you really want to take that hour and spend it reading your bible, there is a really cool story about Joesph in Genesis, you should read that!

Also text a bunch of your friends for Wednesday night!

6:30 - 8:30!

Vacation was Great!

Hey there everyone! Man Vacation was awesome we got to go hiking a lot and go to make good meals, watch movies, look at mountains. It was a great vacation so those who were praying for Esther and I thank you so much it was very relaxing!

But back to the grind! And I love it!

This week we are starting youth group again!

Let me restate that again........

WE START BACK UP YOUTH GROUP THIS WEEK!

ok normal font again, but this week we are bringing youth group back we have been on a 6 week hiatus because of mission trips, leaders getting married, and lots of other things, but we are back are ready to hit the ground running. So this week at 6:30 we are going to be having a good old time at the Pretty Place here in middlebury!

How to get to the pretty place...... The Pretty place is on US 20, and if you head towards ST RD 13, on 20, the pretty place is on your left hand side. There is a really big sign and right before that sign there is a dirt road that leads back into the woods follow that road, and then you will see all the cars, and people!

So 6:30 - 8:30pm! Youth Group is back, we will have some games, and some time around a bon fire, and we will be discussing this coming falls events! I am so excited and I hope you will be too!
