Information download

Hey there everyone, as promised I am going to give you a couple things that we are working on for this summer and the next couple weeks as we end school so here....we....go!

1. Lifebook - We have 450 lifebooks, We are going to be handing these outs to students all over the northridge campus. If you want more information on what the lifebook is all about check out this website. http://thelifebook.com/index.php This past week we handed out books to all the students that were at youth group, and we challenged them to read it over this week because we don't want them handing things out that they hadn't read or could get behind. So if you are looking for a life book to read we have them available at youth group on Wednesday nights. We are excited to start handing these books out, it also helps that we are in a competition with Sugar Grove church to see who can pass out the most life books! So lets go CVMC!

2. Hello Summer - June 10th - 11th we are doing a over night youth event, where we are going to raise money for Jon Andrews who is a missionary for Tiny Hands international who help stop human trafficking. We are going to be doing a 30 hour famine, where we wont eat from Friday morning to Saturday Lunch. We have so many fun things planned for that night and day. We are going to be taking a trip over to Paiges Crossing here is the website to check it out http://www.paigescrossing.com/ then we are coming back that night and making card board city where we are going to sleep outside in card board boxes, while watching a movie that night. Then we are going to wake up and head over to Feed the Children where we are going to help pack boxes for those who need food. Then we will come back to Sugar Grove and have a meal all together breaking the fast.

So this Wednesday night we are going to be handing out the papers for you guys to start heading out and collecting pledges for Jon. People will be sponsoring you not to eat for 30 hours, and 100% of the money goes to Tiny Hands international . We are so excited to help out with this organization.

3. Senior sunday - Senior Sunday is June 5th, and we are going to be celebrating their journey through High school during the 2nd Service. We want to honor as many as we can so please stop by the Welcome Center and pick up the Graduation forms that are there. All the instructions are all on the paper.

IF you guys have any questions about any of the upcoming events please get a hold of me through Email at cvmcadam@gmail.com I would love to answer any questions you have.

Hope you have a great day, See you Wednesday night

P.A.
